Sarah Findlay-Cobb

Having been a teacher for 21 years, a Principal of four different schools, Director of Education for 3 years, member of the Chamber of Commerce and a MAT CEO for 3 years, I am completely committed to improving education for children of all ages. My passion has always been to ensure that high quality, inclusive education is provided across schools and that children develop aspiration from a young age so that they can progress into adult life with the skills they need in order to be successful.
I am hoping to be a part of the regional advisory board in order to support the continuous improvement of education and collaboration of Trusts, so that we can ensure that our future generations are well equipped for the world of today.
My experience gives me a strong understanding of the journey through school life and how it can be improved. I am very aware of the benefits of collaboration and networking so that schools and academies benefit from good practice and can utilise experiences from others to develop bespoke curriculum and strategic plans that will ultimately lead to the children and young people in their care receiving a higher quality of education.
