I consider that I represent a number of under represented groups who continue to need a voice at this level. I am based in Gloucestershire where few Trusts exist, we are a primary only Trust and one that is striving to grow beyond 3000 students. I am currently serving on the SW AB and feel that I have done so with integrity and always for the benefit of the young people we represent. Understanding the context we work in and the barriers we face is an important part of the role. I feel that the experience I bring in school improvement, MAT development work and my knowledge of the SW region lends itself in supporting Trusts/schools and the RSC and the RDDSW.
