Dan Morrow

I am a strong believer in Civic and System Leadership and seek to create and sustain a self-improving system. This is predicated on strong relationships founded upon trust, support and challenge. I am standing because I believe we need to further enhance the voice of Primary leadership within the system and am privileged to have led in Primary, Secondary and All-through schools.
I have a strong record as both a Headteacher and as a CEO. We have a real opportunity to drive the system and provision within the South West to exceptional standards. I am experienced in change leadership having worked as part of London Challenge, delivering improved outcomes across schools, and I have led and worked in genuine partnership with other school leaders to improve the outcomes and life chances of young people regardless of the colour jumper that they wear. They are all our children.
I work strongly with the FED to support System change and improvement, am a committed member of the Headteachers' Roundtable and am about to complete an MBA in Educational Leadership. I work in close collaboration with the Diocese, Local Authority and other MAT leaders to create networks of excellence to share and learn.
