Rebecca Plaskitt

I am currently in my third year as CEO of a mixed academy trust in Warlingham. We have five schools, a large secondary with sixth form and four primary schools in the local area. I have been working in London and the South East for five years now and I am keen to give something back and contribute to the support and challenge of decision making required by the RSC in our area. I am dedicated to raising standards in all schools and unusually I have experience of being a Headteacher in both Primary Schools and Secondary/all through Schools. My leadership skills and experience are therefore wide and varied and hopefully well placed to offer both challenge and support in this role. I have recently completed my Masters in Education Leadership and Management and see myself as a positive and capable educational leader who is always keen to learn more. Four out of our five schools have been through the new Ofsted framework for inspection since my appointment as CEO and this experience has certainly sharpened and enhanced my own skills. I would be happy to give my time and support to the Advisory Board and aid their decision making.
