Emma Bradshaw

Having stepped back recently form being a Headteacher I am in a position to be involved in strategic regional education leadership. I am experienced in leading Alternative and Specialist provision and think that this would bring a richness to a Headteacher Board. I also have extensive experience around commissioning and multi-agency work. Which is particularly relevant to our sector. I am already part of a DfE stakeholder group representing AP and Specialist provision and really think that our part of the education sector has to take its place in the education leadership and development of the whole system. I have lead schools to 'Outstanding' and I have built a Trust with the values that underpin all I do and I believe these would bring different and alternative perspectives to the Headteacher board. I am part of the team delivering support through the DfE Behaviour Hub initiative as a lead school and I have a background in leading multi-agency teams and behaviour support. I also hold a trustee role in Tall Ships Youth Trust which supports and enriches my role as CEO. I am part of our local safeguarding board and am supporting local schools around contextual safeguarding and VAWG.
