Making a difference to the lives of all children must drive the work we do within schools. Those of us who have the privilege to lead schools and trusts must therefore actively engage with the National agenda, positively contributing to the wider system, its direction and ability to improve the outcomes of our most vulnerable and disadvantaged children.
As CEO of HISP, a Primary and Secondary MAT hosting 2 Teaching School Hubs, The Solent Maths Hub, HISP Research School and a SCITT, I bring experience of positively engaging with and contributing to regional developments, working with schools, leaders and National organisations in the pursuit of excellence. As an NLE, I work with and alongside school leaders within our region, contributing to the raising of standards in schools for our children and communities.
Engaging with wider networks is a commitment to developing robust professional challenge and I am proud of my association with CEO and NLE networks, Fellowship of the Chartered College of Teaching, being a board Member of a Trust within the region and Trustee within another, as well as to the contributions I have made to National round Table events with Ministers and key decision makers.
