Academy trust name | The Bridge London Trust |
Becoming a Multi-Academy Trust has changed and improved all of our schools. We have autonomy but also operate in a collegiate world which offers a great deal of support both within a Trust and across Trusts. I am standing for election as I am committed to the role of Trusts within the education system and I would like to be involved in the further development of both individual Trusts and support the strategic direction of Trusts. I am CEO of The Bridge London Trust which presently comprises 3 special schools and a sponsored primary school. We are also opening a new special free school in January 2021.
Two of our schools are Outstanding. The other two are yet to be inspected (Free School and sponsored convertor). I am an Ofsted inspector and look for all our schools to be recognised as outstanding but am also keen for our schools to be the best possible learning spaces for the children who attend, in the widest possible sense. I sit on the Council for the Chartered College of Teaching and was a founding Trustee. I want the best for our children, our staff and our profession.
