I have more than 20 years of primary and secondary school leadership experience and have had the privilege of both forming and leading our growing trust since its conception in 2013.
Our trust has a proven track record of working effectively with all of our schools. This has been formally recognised by the DfE who have invited us to showcase our successes at conferences, through various case studies and within their best practice document.
Since conversation all our schools have remained Ofsted Good or better. Our pre-conversion RI schools have also moved to Good under our leadership. We are very proud of this achievement which is due to our collaborative approach to school improvement. The impact of the work of the MAT was highly commended by the inspection teams.
I would relish the opportunity to bring this experience and expertise to the advisory board and be able to give something back to the system that has supported us in the past.
