Sarah Turner

I am proud to be the CEO of the ELT Partnership which is a primary and secondary trust serving areas of deprivation in Enfield. I was previously the headteacher of Bowes Primary School and led the school through three outstanding inspections. I believe strongly in the difference that schools can make to the life chances of all pupils particularly those in disadvantaged communities.
During Covid we demonstrated this commitment by purchasing Chromebooks for every ELT child and this has contributed to minimising the impact of the pandemic on our pupils and their families.
As CEO I have supported the growth of our trust from three schools to seven and this has included successfully sponsoring an all through SEMH school.
I have a strong track record in contributing to school improvement at a local level, as an NLE and through my leadership of the teaching schools in our region.
I am currently serving on an expert group offering advice and support to a growing trust.
I would welcome the opportunity to continue to support our schools as a member of the Advisory Board.
