Antony Witheyman

I have been the CEO of Innovate Multi Academy Trust for 7 years now, a mixed MAT of two Community and two C of E Schools. Our trust believes in the role of small schools and their communities and will continue to fight for these often forgotten small cohorts and their families. I believe in a fully inclusive education system where no background or minority is forgotten and everyone is given equal opportunities no matter what their starting point or situation is. We allow our schools to flourish in their own ethos meeting the needs of the communities they serve.
I believe in our role as schools and Academy Trusts to develop fully rounded children who can flourish in whatever stage of their life comes next, be that in Art, Drama, Music, Sport or English it is our role to nurture and develop that talent.
I want to make sure no school, no community, no family and no child is left behind in our education system. Whether they go to a 2000 pupil UTC or a Village C of E school with 40 pupils, there is a space for all in our education system and they are all as important.
