Chris Hill

I have been privileged to be fully involved in improving education in Northamptonshire for the last 18 years in a range of roles both as a school leader and trust leader. My experiences through these different lenses fill me with the determination to ensure that, regardless of school status, we work together to ensure that all children get the best educational deal possible.

If I am able to play a wider role in ensuring that our educational system becomes more effective and sustainable, by pulling together the expertise we have within and across our region, then I believe this will lead to the deal that all children deserve.

I have been fortunate enough throughout my career, working in a wide range of schools - some in the most challenging circumstances, to see how the power of collaboration and untapped expertise that exists in every school can come together to change the life chances for the children at the school.

If elected to this role I would continue to highlight the strengths within our region and endeavour to build upon these for the benefit of all involved.
