As Executive Headteacher of Hartburn Primary in Stockton and CEO of Prince Regent Street Trust, a MAT of three primary schools. I believe it is vital that the primary sector has a strong representation on our Regional Advisory Board. I thrive on helping schools to improve and have lots of local knowledge and expertise to share with other Leaders in decision making in this advisory position.
I am a Regional System Leader for the Northern Teaching Hub and as a Sponsor Trust we look to support any underperforming schools.

The Prince Regent Trust is a school lead system, sharing good practice and holding one another to account. Through strong collaboration we look to further develop MAT to MAT support. We lead using the latest evidence-based strategies adapting for our differing school contexts.
I understand the challenges of working in a variety of different settings including academies with high levels of deprivation; know in detail the process of academy conversion; have experience of rigorous termly financial and operational audits

If successful, it would be my privilege to be a voice for our region and influence decisions that will affect the lives of our next generation.
