With over a decade of experience as a headteacher in a range of schools and academies in North West England, I am perfectly placed to represent you, the headteachers and CEOs of Lancashire and West Yorkshire: professionally, empathetically and with insight; challenging and supporting when and where necessary.

It is essential that representatives on the board retain a level of independence, while also representing the views and concerns of our colleagues and I will do this for us and the students in our care.
The next 3 years will certainly be among the most challenging times educators and students will face. In a COVID, and hopefully post COVID landscape, collaboration is key to redressing the balance within education in North West England.
