As we build back better from the pandemic, I believe being in a trust is the way forward. Trusts enable the strongest leaders to take responsibility for supporting schools, developing teachers, and allowing schools to focus on the quality of education.
I would value the opportunity to be part of the Advisory Board to work with the RSC team to deliver certain goals. This would involve providing robust educational and financial oversight to ensure all trust schools are held to account as well as supporting schools through the academy conversion process to form learning communities where high expectations are transformed into high levels of attainment and progress for all pupils.
Presently I am the CEO of Vision Multi Academy Trust. I have a wealth of experience in educational leadership. I have a proven track record of supporting schools in various contexts. I am passionate in driving school improvement alongside quality first teaching and learning.
I am a member or various organisations for CEOs with an emphasis on executive leadership, training, coaching, and networking. I am keen to further my own professional development and find the time and space to learn and reflect from others.
