I’d be proud to represent all of us at the Headteacher Boards.
Over the four years of building up our Trust from scratch, I feel that I have learnt a huge amount about how schools can effectively work together, and the incredible impact this can have on children, which is what matters.
I’m proud of my track record of working collaboratively, of supporting staff as well as colleagues and friends from other Trusts.
I’ve also shown, in the past, that I’m not afraid to stand up for what I feel is right, and that I’m prepared to take the risks that can accompany that honesty and, I think, integrity.
My work setting up and leading the Norfolk & Suffolk CEO’s Network, as well as the newer Trustees Network, and the Head Support anonymous helpline for colleagues, hopefully demonstrates my commitment to, and belief in, a school system in which we work together, learn together and - hopefully - grow together, so that the children in our charge, relying on us, get the best possible deal in terms of an education which can propel them into an exciting and uncertain world with confidence and with hope.
