Creating the opportunity of success by culturing the ambition to succeed. This is my vision for all children. Experience has taught me that for children to be successful, we must inherently consider the background complexities of society and ensure that we remove these barriers. I am striving to make a genuine difference. My desire is to enhance all children’s life choices and create social justice by ensuring every aspect of school life enables children to have the opportunity to make positive life choices so they are polite, healthy, respectful and above all contribute positively to the communities we serve.

I oversee 15 schools across Norfolk and Waveney. At the point of writing, I was the only Secondary Principal to achieve an Outstanding in an OFSTED inspection since 2016 in Norfolk. As part of my wider responsibilities, I have led two further secondary schools from Special Measures to good, with significant improvements in pupil outcomes and standards.

For three years I sat on an Headteachers reference board for the DfE, advising ministers on the potential impact of policies on the school system.

A am a trustee on the Star Academies Board, considered to be one of the most respected Trusts nationally.
