Lynsey Holzer

I have worked in Education Leadership for 22 years in the East of England. During this time I have worked across sectors, within and outside the Local authority model and in a wide variety of socio economic areas and roles. I have, throughout this time held a moral imperative to ensure that children's futures remain at the heart of local and wider decision making. I am committed to the academies agenda having worked as a leader of an academy for more than 2 years. I believe that as leaders in Education at this time, it is our duty to help shape the schools landscape in our area and this role would allow me to apply my experience and understanding of the local and National agenda to help shape our local offer to pupils and families. My leadership has always been driven by integrity, honesty and a resolve to secure the very best for children and families. This is an important role which I would undertake with both a clear understanding and experience of the needs of the system and and an unwavering resolve to secure and deliver the high aspirations we hold for our children and families.
