My vision is to improve educational standards and increase aspirations for all by demanding excellence in all we do within schools.

As a female BAME CEO and Headteacher I believe that my wide ranging experience, knowledge and skills within education will benefit the pedagogy of the HTB. The under representation of BAME within the education sector is a driving force for me to apply for this opportunity.

Schools that joined the Trust were all in special measures. These schools were often seen as "lost hopes". We have bought about significant improvements by changing the ethos, culture and values, resulting in these schools gaining an Ofsted accreditation of good or above.

I am an NLE.
I hold the NPQH.
I received an OBE for services to education.

Education is about people. Often in our day we forget that relationships are the key to a successful school.
Embracing all individuals and respecting their uniqueness, children are successful and go on to lead rich and fruitful lives. Staff that work with us, remain with us.
