It is my firm belief that, as leaders, we must take a central role in the development of education across our region to ensure the very best outcomes for all of our children.

Working in partnership with all levels of professionals and stakeholder groups is essential and is the only way that we will be able to secure developments and make informed changes. As an experienced and existing Executive Head Teacher, CEO and NLE within the region, I believe that I have the required skills and commitment for this role.

Within our Trust we have continued to ensure that outcomes for all children in our schools continue to be high as well as working collaboratively with other schools within the Local Authority to support their work which was particularly necessary during the pandemic.

I have also worked with a large number of stakeholders to provide school improvement and development advice as well as supporting the delivery of statutory frameworks to other schools across the region as well as delivering training for over 500 professionals. Other relevant experience includes being part of the reference group for the Rochford Review which looked at pre key stage levels and the assessment of pupils.
